Worry free diet
Wouldn’t that be a great diet to go on?
Limit your daily ration of worry. Think I will sign up for that one.
Having a “No” day
For some reason I am a bundle of nerves today. Not sure what to blame it on this time – just too many fast thoughts putting me on overload.
So I’m having a “NO” day. This is when you give yourself permission to say no to everything. A time to step off the treadmill one puts oneself on and take a break. Read that from someone, somewhere and I have adopted it now and then. Like a prescription. Take one “NO” day as needed.
Joan Stewart
I have followed Joan of Publicity Hound for a long time. Started when I was still in the Monastery and she is always a gold mine of encouragement for publicity, practical tips and boldness. She sends out a weekly ezine and a favorite feature in it is her “Hound Video of the Week. This week was especially heart warming about a sweet, poodle living on the streets and the rescue.
This is from her latest newsletter: After living in the streets, Yankee Poodle was transformed by the love of a little boy.

268 days to go
One positive day forward – one negative day backward. Today I’m thinking why did I ever think writing a memoir was a good idea?
Why?
Please add “your” three gratitude moments in the comments. It’s a great way to pick up your day and it’s fun for the rest of us to read!
- Hot cup of coffee – Chia. Delicious.
- Gray day – but I have a survivor attitude.
- Cat hair in my coffee cup. Lucky me to have a cat!

I call the No days, Me days, take care of me. I had to lol over the cat hair in the coffee.
Take a walk around your yard or take a ride to the store and get some fresh cut flowers or better yet if you have flowers in your yard cut some and put in a vase. Sometimes the little things in life are the best. Me days are very important.
