Flu or whatever I have seems to be better. Did a lot of extra sleeping which is my first line of defense for defeating bugs.

Thinking of creating a physical jigsaw puzzle. I have been checking out the possibilities of this for several years and think I may do it. I found an artist yesterday to do the artwork for it and will probably use a puzzle manufacturer that I contacted three years ago. Even got a sample puzzle from them at the time so I feel their quality is good. Anyway will see how it develops. My question at the moment is whether to go with the theme of Portland, Oregon (which has a bigger market) or Vancouver, Washington which has a much smaller market but no competition?

Here is a piece of artwork that the artist did (found him on 99designs) that I like and hope to have something similar done. I want it to be colorful and fun.

  1. Great idea Patty! I would go with Portland first!! Bigger market and more sales. Then add Vancouver, Seattle etc. Might also think about creating puzzles for the larger historical attractions. Wow! Excited for you, Patty!!

  2. Oh thanks Sandy! That is very encouraging. The company I am thinking about actually lets me do 4 images for the same ordering lot of 64 puzzles. Which is very tempting – except that the artwork is expensive. Would add a nice line to my store though. . . . Hmmm? Maybe time for another coaching call. he. he.
