My name is Patricia Proctor. I live in Albany, Oregon with my dog, Pudge and cat Buddy. I moved here in 2010 after spending 28 years as a cloistered nun in a beautiful monastery in Spokane, Washington. Why I left is a long story but certainly nothing to do with the great community there – just movement within my own soul. I still love being Catholic, praying the rosary (my favorite prayer) and seeing what God and I will do next.
I have published six collections of inspirational stories (two of which were Catholic bestsellers). Currently I work part time as a Church secretary at Oakville Presbyterian Church (which I love very much). And as an online Freelance Social Media Manager.
My favorite fiction books of the moment are YA (Young Adult) fiction and murder mysteries. I love John Grisham, Jodi Picoult, Barbara Delinsky, J A Jance and lots of others that I can’t think of right at the moment.
