Be at Peace
For me one of the best ways to be at peace is to trust that I don\’t have to do big things or be anyone more than I am and know God is happy with that.
One of my favorite sites to check on each day is NextDoor.com, I think I have talked about it before but if you are not on it or a site like it I bet it would be of great benefit. This is where we found a great recommendation for our washing machine repair and I think we used it for something else like that. But what I find myself the most drawn to is people who have lost their pets and then find them through the help of neighbors. It is a witness of neighborhood kindness and help. I just now looked at a cute little white dog that got let out by a housekeeper by mistake and all sorts of people came to the rescue with advice and Facebook connections until the dog was found. Happy news.
