Sunshine Thoughts

This is a very nice quote. I can\’t say that I have totally \”learned\” it but there is definitely an awakening to it. This afternoon I was feeling a bit of overwhelm and lack of \”push\” to keep working on things so I took a break and typed into Google.

\”How to trick your brain into being happy.\”

I found a couple good articles that helped. There has been a lot of scientific study into happiness in the last decade or more and one thing discovered is that merely \”smiling\” causes us to be happier. You have probably heard this before as I have but reading it again helped. I decided that is one little, easy thing I can do when I am low and that is to do a happy exercise of smiling.

I also decided that I need to go back into my \”Miracle Mindset\” of believing and trusting that with God – Nothing is Impossible. And that whether or not the Big things I want to believe actually happen or not – there is no reason that with God they Could Just As Easily Very Well Happen!

Sometimes I depress myself with thinking I have to be \”realistic\” about things but really what is the fun, hope and excitement about that?
