Sunshine Thoughts

Heavy smoke today. Looks like LA smog. Not sure if it is from the fires up in Canada or closer to home. Fires everywhere so I don\’t know.

I read an article yesterday that we greatly underestimate how much we will get done in a day. Typically in an 8 hour day we get only slightly less than 2 hours of actual planned work accomplished. That\’s on a good day. So now I should definitely feel less discouraged that I don\’t get more done. It\’s just how life is.

Jon does not agree with this. That is because when he is working on stuff he just stays at it till its done. So there are exceptions here. 🙂

Today\’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. Birthday party this evening for Jon\’s grandson.
2. Still eating chocolate cookies. Stop, Patty, stop!
3. Andre in and out of office. Very close to his dinner time of course.
