Sunshine Thoughts

I don\’t know what to write about today. Working on puzzle book, trying \”not\” to eat too many chocolate chip cookies and \”not\” spend to much time playing puzzles or solitaire or read my book.

I think another cup of coffee and I can get back to work . . .

Today\’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. Creating word lists for puzzle books. Very fun and I am learning a lot.
2. Finished reading book and ready to start a new one. Hmmm?
3. A little better air quality today. Thank goodness.

      Think winter must be coming – all I can think about is food!

    1. Beautiful breezy sunny low humidity day and DON’T need the AC
    2. Went peach picking with daughter and granddaughter 🙂 🙂
    3. Found a peach crisp and a peach salsa recipe to try

      1. The peach crisp was VERY good. Haven’t had a chance to make the salsa yet, hoping I don’t eat all the peaches before I get a chance to make it. It was my first time picking peaches. So sweet and tasty. I attached the recipe I chose for my peach crisp. I decided on this one because of the low amounts of sugar. The fresh peaches didn’t need much at all. I even used less than it called for, since I can’t eat much artificial sugar
