Sunshine Thoughts

I am back to normal from all my car riding, train riding, and zipping about. It was a lot of fun (a lot!) but nice to be back home and just be a home body for a while. Maybe a long while.

This Tuesday I have my first SCORE mentoring meeting to get some small business help. I have been doing a lot of reading, thinking and looking over different aspects of getting my business on an even keel. Up to this point it has been more hit and miss with \”miss\” being the most operative word.

I took an entire day to get up to date with Quickbooks so I have a financial report to share at the session.  One of those many things I kept procrastinating about. NOW I am going to come up with a business plan, a production and marketing time line and hopefully move forward more strategically.

Though I may find after my mentoring session that my business is not viable and I will forget the whole thing and just quit. One or the other. Make it work or stop working it.

Does sound a bit negative I guess but I want to be realistic and not just keep sailing in a boat that is full of holes.
