1 Thessalonians 1:3

Sunday\’s sermon by Pastor John was on the first chapter of Thessalonians. Just 10 short sentences but power-packed. This is the sentence that zinged into my heart and said, \”YES!\” that is exactly what I need to take for my mantra for the day, the week and maybe the rest of my life.

  1. Wow this is awesome so easy to see very nice job. Glad you are doing well. This is a powerful statement. One of those fwd e-mails said on NBC poll that 86% say keep GOD in pledge allegiance. I totally agree. All is good my way. I look forward to doing the newest puzzle. Have a Blessed week. Kathy OFS Siochan Agus Maitheas

  2. Hi,

Good to hear from you. I like the new format. Very nice. I agree about keeping God in the pledge of allegiance. We just got back from a wedding in NY it was beautiful and so much fun. Have a great week Patricia, give Pudge and buddy a pat on the head from me.

    1. Oh, your trip for a wedding sounds like it was a great one. My sister and brother used to live in New York (upstate) so I have been there a couple of times. Being from the Northwest I had always thought the whole state of New York was wall to wall city but isn’t at all! Beautiful state.

Pudge had a great weekend. My sister and her husband came over with their dog and add that to my other sister’s two dog and it was dog heaven. Other than the fact that “Pudge” thinks all food in a dog bowl is meant for him and him alone they got along well.

  3. Hi, Patricia – The site looks better than ever! Very colorful and easy to read!

Always glad to get a report on how you are doing!
You didn’t say anything about your eye – Is it in the clear now? Shingles is a scary word!
Let us know what you’ve been doing, other than computer stuff. Always interested to hear!

    Have a great day,
    Roberta

    1. Hi Roberta,

Thank you for the nice feedback about the site.

My eye is doing much better. Down to two drops a day and no pain. So doing really great. Starting to get some big floaters which I think are from the medication – I hope they will go away when I can stop the drops. Two more weeks.

Will write a more personal note the next time! Thanks for asking. 🙂

  4. Hi and Glad to hear from you Patricia. Looks like you have been busy making the site a great place to visit and easy to read and navigate. And definitely can see the difference. Great hangman word for today. Describes you to a T with all your hard work both on the site and in your personal life. Blessing to you and yours

    1. I finally have the energy and enthusiasm to get back into the site! So glad I am not working nights any more. Thanks be to God! Was great for awhile – but not for a long while!

God bless you and your loved ones as well!

  5. Patricia,

    1. Hi Joan,

My one job is doing great. I’m down to just one for now – so praying to Saint Joseph to help me out a bit. I know he will and for now I am very excited to work on the site and other things.

  6. I’d like to see the puzzle picture a little bigger but otherwise, all looks good.

  7. I really like what you’ve done to your site. It is much easier to read. God bless you and good luck in your new job! You’ll be great at it.

Hugs to you, Pudge and Buddy!!
