Today’s Sunshine:

\"cat-with-quote-15\"\”Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear
and the  blind can see.\”
Mark Twain

An over the top super, wonderful weekend. A spur of the moment family get together at our house. Two from Seattle area and two from Oregon and that made six fun folks (and one small, very cute baby). We played games, talked, ate and just had fun.

Learned how to play \”Sushi Go\” which I had been given last Christmas and after a few attempts on my own learning it had consigned it to the deep, dark cupboard to stay possibly forever. But makes all the difference to have a hands on tutoring session (or two) and now Jon and I can play it on our own. Of course much more fun with more.

If you have never played Sushi Go before – here is a tutorial I found on Youtube. It only is a few minutes and I am sure after watching you will confine the game to the cupboard. Sorry about that, but it\’s one of those games that is like way too hard to explain (though the video does a good job) but not so bad if you have a glass of wine and a few friends to laugh your way through the learning curve.

Today\’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. Sunshine and blue sky today. Very cheerful for our morning walk.
2. Buddy is out of the closet and back on the bed after guests left.
3. Almost finished with one book and time to try another. Life is good.
