Today\’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. Wedding was wonderful – weather, family, friends and food. I always have to include food.
2. Lazy day – complete with pineapple sundae in the afternoon at Dairy Queen.
3. Beet and bean salad turned out okay. One brother loved it – but didn\’t seem to match my expectations. Not sure if will try again or not.
