Today’s Sunshine:

Motivation Quotes:

\"WAYNE-DYER-1\"If you believe it will work out, you\’ll see opportunities
If you believe it won\’t, you will see obstacles

Wayne Dyer

Opportunities versus obstacles. This is a good statement. And I am sure it is true . . . only with me there is another factor. And that is my present mood or state of mind.

And my present state of mind might not be so much what I am thinking but more about feeling.  When I am tired, hungry or feeling worn out the obstacles become mountains and the opportunities look more like soap bubbles. Pretty but ready to pop.

It sometimes seems as if I am not in the driver\’s seat at all. But I have found that if I take care of whatever is causing me to feel negative and work on fixing that . . . a nap, something to eat, taking a break – then I am ready to move forward with seeing opportunities.

I guess what I am trying to say is that it\’s more than just forcing myself to \”believe\” in things but rather working with what is hindering me from not \”believing.\” Does that make sense?

Today\’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. We bought a new mattress for our bed. Exciting. Looking forward to trying it out tonight. Thought we were going to be the first to check it out but Buddy beat us to it. Of course.
2. Lots of rain today but sunshine in between. Best of both worlds. Even a rainbow.
3. Jon is making a delicious soup for dinner. Already had a taste. Delicious.

  1. The most important thing is knowing what helps us, taking good care of our self is critical. It is important to be good to ourselves and recognize when we need, to step aside for a moment and be good to our self. Good for you.
