Today was a pretty good day. To start with I spent a couple hours cleaning house – which for me is nothing short of a miracle. But amazing things happen all the time. Then I actually set a goal of writing 3 articles and did it. Nother miracle. Just amazing myself right and left.

Now in between working on puzzles I am reading a new John Grisham book that a friend lent me. Sacamore Row. So far very, very good. But then Grisham would really have to have a complete personality change if one of his books wasn\’t good! Some authors you can just count on.

Okay, time to quit playing around. My programmer has something else for me to do. Since we are on very different time zones – he\’s in the middle of his day when I\’m ending mine. Luckily though he is a typical programmer and keeps late hours so usually it works in my favor.

Have a wonderful day!

  1. Hi Patricia,
Have you read any books by David Baldacci?
They are terrific, only problem is you can’t put them down. I like John Grisham but think David’s are better

  2. These are so cute. I love this. Glad you Like Grisham I do not care for him my friend loves his books. Have a great rest of week. Kathy OFS Siochan Agus Maitheas

    1. That’s the things with books. You often either like the way an author writes or you don’t.
Hope you have a great rest of the week as well! Now I have to get myself busy and get some breakfast and take Pudge to the Park before work. Zoom.

  3. I haven’t read Grisham but have seen the movies. I guess you can call that “cheating”. Though friends who have seen the movies tell me the book is better. Great puzzle and match game! Going to try for a miracle today like yours. Enjoy every minute of today. God bless!

    1. Hi Ann,

Aww, that’s not cheating at all. Just a different medium to the same good stuff. I’ve watched movies that made me want to read the book . So works both ways.

What I like about a book is that it’s easier to absorb it in bits and pieces. I often work a bit on the computer – go read a chapter – go back to work.

  4. Love the memory games, puzzles, and John Grisham books and his movies. Great books. so glad you had a great day and accomplished so much. Have a great rest of the week.

  5. Me again, Ken Follett, Scott Turow, Tom Clancy, Michael Crichton, Mickey Spillane, James Patterson, Baldacci and Grisham are all fabulous, I think. Spillane and Follett very good mysteries, good reads, easy reads. Others mentioned above are great. Barbara Kingsolver is wonderful as is Amy Tan.
