Small Improvements

I am writing this on Tuesday and so far it has been rather topsy turvy. It started out fine. Worked a bit on the computer and then went to a SCORE mentor session, which was very good. Went for a quick run with Jon to Costco and after that the day has gone downhill.

It\’s like my insides have been churned up with an egg beater. Very nervous feeling. Thinking maybe it\’s a combination of anxious thoughts, not drinking enough water and wrongs things I\’ve eaten. Now I\’m drinking a big glass of water, ate a simple potato and feeling better.

Always feel like I should write something inspiring but most days it\’s just keeping on keeping on. In fact most days it\’s looking about for something to inspire me. A book, a quote, a video, anything. I always need lots of pick-me-ups!

One writer that a friend suggested I check out was Barbara Sher. I had read some of her stuff long, long time ago and had completely forgotten about her. I checked out one of her books from the library and really loving it!
