Zig Zagging Forward

Spent some more time praying and figuring out the book and I think I have come up with a solution that will fit the cover I have made. Not solid on it yet but feeling positive about this new direction.

Will keep the same title. \”If Not Me, Who Will Be?\” but the subtitle will be something like \”Embracing the Good, Bad and the Joy of being You!\”

Which basically means I will be incorporating not only my own life bits and pieces but bringing in other people, influences, etc. After all none of our lives are lived in a vacuum. Every person who touches us and we touch influences who we are.

But I will definitely be including a lot of my life in the monastery, some home, a bit military and no doubt the story of meeting and marrying Jon.

I think I will adopt this song as my theme song. My pick me up and move on down the line song. Love the Traveling Wilbury\’s.

Please add \”your\” three gratitude moments in the comments. It\’s a great way to pick up your day and it\’s fun for the rest of us to read!

  1. Day trip (84 miles) to Tillamook, Oregon to visit Tillamook Creamery and have an ice cream cone. Being retired is fun!
  2. Safe travel back and forth. (Sr. Marie Antoinette used to always say \”Forth and Back,\” which really does make more sense.
  3. Toasted cheese sandwiches tonight with Tillamook Cheese. A new flavor for us, Garlic-Chili Pepper Cheddar.

  1. I know the book will be terrific. I think the song is a wonderful theme song, have always loved it. A feel good song.

  2. Yes, I love feel good songs. And the Wilbury’s are all some of my favorite artists in one package. Sad most of them are gone – but life is like that. Definitely hope there is a heaven and lots of singing from such as these! Could only handle so much harp . . .
