“Start where you are.
Use what you have.
Do what you can”
The mailman just came and delivered a birthday box from my sister Euli. And guess what was in it? The cutest pair of sandals with dogs on them. But the most amazing thing is that I told Jon that I wanted a pair of sandals for my birthday and yesterday we went shopping to find some – and there was nothing I liked. Then today I open my present and there they are! So even though I hadn’t actually prayed about it – someone was listening!
The great printer I told you about last week has gone back to the store. It saved on ink which was great but the print quality was just not as sharp as I needed it to be for printing my puzzle books. So . . . today I exchanged it for a Brother Laser printer. The print quality is great – but the learning curve is a bit of a struggle. I may need a glass of wine tonight to recover from all my frustration with it.
I am trying to print booklet – and – it keeps inserting a blank page which throws all the pages off. Just crazy. I google it and lots of people have the same issue but so far I haven’t found the solution that works for me. Perhaps I need to walk away from it for the day and start fresh again in the morning. Will pray about it!
Today’s Three Sunshine (Gratitude) Moments:
1. Cute sandals for my birthday!
2. A new printer (and someday I will figure out how to use it!)
3. A new birthday book to read!
